摘要
简述了柴油机排气微粒对大气环境和人体健康的危害,研究、分析了排气微粒捕集器及其再生技术的现状和发展趋势。通过对几种过滤材料进行对比、分析,研究结果表明,壁流式蜂窝陶瓷是理想的过滤体材料。根据目前的发展现状,提出了适合我国国的柴油机微粒捕集器再生技术,对指导柴油机微粒捕集器的研发和降低大气中PM浓度有现实意义。
This paper briefly describes the diesel exhaust particulate the harm of atmospheric environment and human health, research, analysis of the exhaust particulate trap and its regeneration technology present situation and development trend. By comparing several filtering materials, analysis, the results show that the wall of the honeycomb ceramic is the ideal filter material. According to the current development situation, and put forward the suitable for China's national conditions of diesel particulate trap regeneration technology, to guide the research of diesel particulate trap and reduce PM concentrations in the atmosphere has a realistic significance.
