摘要
依据齿轮使用务件和性能要求,进行相应的热处理,并通过退火、调质、高温回火等热处理,分析组织和性能的变化。在实验基础上,验证所设计热处理工艺的正确性。通过实践,得出选择45钢作为齿轮材料最合适。
Based on the gear conditions of use and performance requirements, the corresponding heat treatment, and through annealing, tempering and high temperature tempering heat treatment, analyzing the change of the organization and performance. On the basis of experiment, verify the correctness of the design of heat treatment process. Through practice, it is concluded that 45 steel is chosen as the most appropriate gear material.
