摘要
以合川双槐电厂2×660 MW超超临界机组#4机为例,采用在汽机房行车顶部安装液压提升装置,以2套液压提升装置抬吊1根扁担,并辅以350 t吊钩的方式,将大型发电机定子吊装至发电机基础及就位。该工艺将液压提升装置进行优化,由传统的四点吊装改为两点吊装,节约了189个工日和15 t钢材。本工艺具有极高的通用性,可在大型火电、核电机组等领域进行推广应用。
On the double tree in power plant 2 ×660 MW ultra supercritical unit # 4 machine as an example, used in turbine driving top mounted hydraulic lifting device, with 2 sets of hydraulic lifting device carrying hanging one pole, supplemented by 350 t hook, will be the foundation of the large generator stator lifting to generator and in place. This process will optimize the hydraulic lifting device, two lifting by four traditional hoisting instead, saves 189 man-days and 15 t steel. This process has a very high versatility, can be in large thermal power, nuclear power units in areas such as popularization and application.
