通过对"车床拆装数字化资源"进行研究,开发制作出一套切实可行的以C6136A车床进给箱为主的"车床装拆"实训项目方案、仿真系统、课件、教案和相关网页,形成系统多样的数字化教学资源。这能够使学生在学中做、做中学,运用所学来装拆车床进给箱,并进行测绘,用UG软件制作仿真动画和课件,并能在实际操作中对机床进行调试与维护。这样一来,可以更好地培养出满足现代企业需求的技能型人才。

Based on the ＂Lathe Disassembling Digital Resources＂ in the research, development and produce a set of feasible mainly C613 6A lathe feed box ＂installation＂ lathe training project scheme, simulation system, courseware, lesson plans and related web pages, form a variety of digital instructional resource system. It can do, do to make the students learning in middle school, to use what they have learned to lathe feed box, installation of surveying and mapping, and animation simulation with UG software and courseware, and in the actual operation of machine tools for debugging and maintenance. In this way, can better meet the demand of modern enterprise of skilled talents.
