摘要
目的:探讨计算机三维仿真技术在复杂骨盆骨折精确手术治疗的应用价值。方法:选取6例骨盆骨折患者行骨盆CT扫描,采用Mimics三维重建软件重建骨折三维数字化模型,模拟复位,将三维重建的螺钉、钢板内固定模板与之拟合,明确内固定置入的方向、长度、角度等数据,建立数字化虚拟手术设计系统,初步指导临床应用。结果:重建出骨盆骨折的三维数字化虚拟可视模型,可进行多种长度、角度、体积等数字化测量,与数字化内固定模板拟合良好,术中所见与虚拟三维重建图像及快速成型骨盆模型非常相似。结论:计算机三维仿真技术可个体化设计复杂骨盆骨折手术,是辅助治疗骨盆骨折的有效方法。
Objective:To assess the application of 3D simulation technique through computer aid designed operation in treating complicated pelvis fracture.Methods:The CT scanning of 6 patients suffered from pelvis fracture was conducted.Three-dimensional reconstruction of pelvis was performed using computer software on the basis of CT images.The operative procedure of interfixation of pelvis fractures was simulated based on the reconstruction model.Results:The computer reconstruction model had precise morphology and anatomic relationships of pelvis.The fracture bone could be measured in space and the interested structure could be highlighted using acidification technique.Digitalized visualization preoperation design system was eatablished.Conclusion:Computer aid designed operation of complicated pelvis fracture by 3D simulation technique is an effective supplementary treatment method.
