吗啡联合无创双相正压通气治疗急性左心衰竭的研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的:研究吗啡联合无创双相正压通气治疗急性左心衰竭的有效性和依从性。方法:100例常规药物治疗30min后症状未缓解的急性左心衰患者,随机分为两组,对照组50例继续常规药物治疗,治疗组50例在常规药物治疗基础上,予以吗啡静注联合口鼻面罩接无创双相正压通气治疗,观察两组治疗过程中的症状、体征和动脉血气变化。结果:治疗组呼吸、心率、收缩压均明显低于对照组(P<0.01),SPo2、Pao2明显高于对照组(P<0.01);治疗120min显效率为76%,总有效率94%;明显高于对照组的40%和84%(P<0.01及P<0.05)。结论:吗啡联合无创双相正压通气治疗急性左心衰较单纯药物治疗疗效好,病人依从性好。
