症状性颈内动脉闭塞临床特征及诊治进展 被引量：3

摘要 症状性颈内动脉闭塞患者,大部分预后差,病死率高达14.6％[1].国外学者Paciaroni等[2]对177例颈内动脉闭塞患者长期随访（平均1.2年）,结果病死率竟达45％.颈内动脉闭塞病死率如此之高,如何进行有效防治,是广大医务工作者要面对的重要课题.现将症状性颈内动脉闭塞临床特征及诊治进展综述如下.
