介绍了企业专利申请中可能存在的风险,从专利申请时机、专利权属、专利侵权、职务发明人的署名、奖励报酬等几方面进行分析,通过建立相应的流程和制度来管理与防范各种风险。
Possible risks in the course of patents application by enterprise are introduced. Aanalysis on the risks is made in several aspects： patent application time, patent right, patent infringement, right of indicating the inventor or designer of a service invention, reward and remuneration. It is necessary to build relevant procedures and rules in order to manage and prevent these risks.
