高硫石油焦掺配LY煤气化实验研究

摘要 文章选择了RZ石油焦和LY煤为实验原料,将RZ高硫石油焦与LY煤进行配煤并添加KZ1#助熔剂,借助哈氏可磨性测定仪、智能灰熔融性测定仪、高温旋转粘度计以及热分析仪,进行灰熔融性、煤灰粘温特性、哈氏可磨性、热重分析等方面进行研究,结果表明:RZ石油焦和LY煤按照一定的配比混配后,可磨性指数减小;添加KZ1#助熔剂后,灰熔融温度可以降至1350~1400℃;在气化炉正常操作温度1400℃以上能够达到顺利排渣;且添加助熔剂后反应性指数明显升高等特性,均验证了高硫石油焦作为气化原料的可行性. RZ petroleum coke and coal LY were slected as the experimental material to explore proximate analysis, element analysis, HGI and then RZ high sulfur petroleum coke blending with LY coal and adding KZI# flux launched the experimental research about ash melting, viscosity-temperature characteristics of coal ash, hartz grindability and thermogravimetric analysis by hartz grindability test apparatus, intelligent ash melting resistance tester, high temperature rotary viscosimeter and thermal analyzer. The results indicated that grindability index obviously decrease when RZ petroleum coke and coal LY according to certain proportion of mixed and then after adding KZI# flux ash fusion temperatures can fall to 1350-1400 ℃ and In the gasifier to normal operating temperature above 1400 ℃ can achieve smooth discharge and also after adding KZI # flux reactivity index increased significantly. This paper expounded the feasibility of high sulfur petroleum coke as gasification raw materials.
