摘要
文章研究了几种催化剂对浇注式铝合金隔热型材专用聚氨酯弹性体的影响,研究发现选择辛酸亚锡和三乙醇胺复配催化剂较好,且二者比例为1∶3时较佳,既能有效提高产品力学性能,又能满足聚氨酯弹性体在隔热铝合金型材生产过程中的工艺要求。
The effect of several catalysts on properties of polyurethane elastomer for poured thermal barrier aluminium profile were investigated in the paper. It was found that stannous octoate and triethanolamine compounded catalyst demonstrated better performance than other catalysts, and when the ratio reached 1:3 is better, not only the mechanical properties of the products were effectively improved, but also the aluminum production process requirements were satisfied.
