摘要
通过对茂名石化全密度装置造粒单元CMP400型双螺杆挤压机于2011年9月上旬出现的排料段螺套与筒体内衬套相互碰磨的现象进行分析,发现导致该故障的原因是挤压机自身设计、减速箱部件故障以及工艺操作不细致等,针对上述问题,采取了修复筒体衬套,更换螺套,更换减速箱轴承,并优化挤压机工艺操作参数和细化挤压机现场特护等措施,从而保障了全密度装置造粒系统较长周期运行。
Studied in the CMP400 type twin-screw extruder used in the LLDPE unit of Sinopec Maoming, analyzed the abrasion phenomenon between screw and bushing appeared in September 2011, found that the reasons led to the failure of extruder were designing, failure of reducer part and operation etc. To that we has repaired the bushing, changed the screw and the bearing of the reducer, and we also has optimized the operation, ensured the LLDPE unit of Sinopec Maoming can run a long period of time.
