摘要
某化工厂废水为高CODCr、高含盐废水,设计处理流量为100 m3/d,采用隔油、微电解、气浮、电解、混凝、IC反应、接触氧化、臭氧氧化、活性污泥、水解酸化、MBR工艺,该污水处理站的调试工作具有难度大、对技术要求高等特点,因此调试工作的时间较长。运行调试120 d后结果显示CODCr稳定保持在110 mg/L以下。文章介绍污水处理站调试工作的进展,包括期间微生物的培养驯化,IC反应器运行方式的调整等。
A chemical plant wastewater with high CODc~, high salt wastewater treatment, the design flow of 100 m3/d, isolating oil, micro electrolysis, electrolysis, coagulation, air flotation, IC reaction, oxidation, ozone oxidation, activated sludge, hydrolysis and acidification, MBR process, the sewage treatment station of the debugging work has great difficulty, on technical requirement higher characteristic, therefore the debugging work a long time. Debugging 120 d results show that CODcr stably under 110 mg/L. The paper introduced the progress in commissioning of sewage treatment station, including domestication of microbial, mode of operation of IC reactor adjustment.
