热致性液晶全芳共聚酯的设计合成及其性能研究

摘要 通过熔融酯交换法,合成了一系列五元全芳共聚酯。利用热台偏光显微镜(PLM)、示差扫描量热法(DSC)等测试分析手段对所合成的产物进行了表征。研究发现,二羟基二苯酮在二酚单体中相对含量较高的情况时聚合产物具有较好的液晶性和成纤性能,表明该单体有利于合成高成纤性、高强度和低熔融加工温度的全芳液晶共聚酯。 A series of wholly aromatic thermotropic liquid crystal copolyesters synthesized by five units copolymerization were studied by using polarizing light microscope (PLM) and differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), etc. The results show that the polymers with high relative content of DHBP exhibit good liquid crystalline characteristic and fiber-forming property. It was suggested that DHBP was an excellent monomer for the synthesis of the copolyesters with high fiber-forming properly, high strength fiber and low melting temperature.
