钯碳催化加氢还原长春布宁合成中间体的影响因素考察 被引量:1

摘要 催化剂的类型与用量在还原(+)-15a-乙基-2,3,6,11,15,15a-六氢-1H,5H-吲哚并[2,3-a]吡喃[3,2-i]喹嗪-14,14-(13H)-二羧酸二乙酯的过程中对还原效果有较大影响,且在工业化过程中对原料成本的影响也较大,本文通过对还原过程中钯炭类型的考察,确定了具有较好还原效果的钯炭;对钯炭的最低使用量进行了考察;同时对钯炭的活化套用进行了考察,使得活化后的钯炭能够进行套用,大幅度降低了长春布宁合成的原料成本。 The type and amount of catalyst in reducing (+)- 15a-ethyl -2,3,6,11,15,15 a-hexahydro- 1 H, 5 H-indolo [2,3-a] pyrano [3, 2-i] quinolizin - 14,14 - (13H) - dicarboxylic acid diethyl process has a greater impact on reducing effect, and in the process of industrialization impact on the cost of raw materials is also larger. Based on the reduction during the investigation of palladium-carbon type, the best type and least amount of palladium-carbon was determined and investigated. The reused times of palladium-carbon was investigated and the cost of raw materials vinpocetine synthesis was significantly reducted by the palladium-carbon recycle.
