摘要
为加快适应近年来国内页岩气开发的迅猛步伐,针对页岩气藏分布偏远,现场依托条件差、对建设周期要求高等特点,提出了适用于含重烃的页岩气的净化处理方案-J-T阀脱水脱烃工艺,该工艺设备少,操作容易、控制简单,可同时控制水、烃露点;对关键设备选型、关键参数选取几方面进行了对比、优化和创新。为缩短建设周期,降低工程投资,装置布置采用模块化布置,可实现工厂预制化,易于搬迁再利用。对含重烃页岩气的净化处理起一定借鉴和参考作用。
In order to speed up the adaptation for the rapid pace of domestic shale gas development in recent years. The shale gas reservoir distributes in remote and poor conditions, requiring higher characteristic, the article proposes purification treatment scheme for shale gas which containing heavy hydrocarbons. J-T valve dehydration and hydrocarbon process which can control water, hydrocarbon dew point have less equipments, can be easily operated and controlled,. Compared how to select the key parameters and key equipments and make optimization and innovation. In order to shorten the construction period, reduce the investment of the project, the equipments are modular arranged which can realize the prefabrication, easy to move and use. The article plays a certain reference and reference for purification of shale gas containing heavy hydrocarbon.
