Study on the Synthesis of 4-(Bromomethyl)-quinoline-2(1H)-One

以N-乙酰乙酰苯胺为原料,经溴化、PPA环化两步反应制备得到4-溴甲基-2(H)-喹啉酮,总收率66.9%。

With acetoacetanilide as the starting material, 4-（Bromomethyl）-quinoline-2（1H）-One was synthesized by bromination, PPA cyclization. The ovcrall yield was 66.9 %.
