摘要
液相法酸碱反应生成石膏过程中,如果结晶过程控制不当,得到针状或小片状的较小不理想的晶体,会影响到石膏的过滤。结晶的质量会影响到整个的生产工艺。文章综述了二水硫酸钙结晶过程的研究进展,从硫酸浓度、搅拌强度、温度、添加剂等方面介绍了外部条件对硫酸钙结晶的影响,以达到对二水硫酸钙结晶的各种技术有一种比较客观综合的理解和认识。
Fabrication of gypsum by acid-base reaction method in the liquid phase will obtain acicular-shape or smaller undiserable crystals under not propertely controlled crystation process, which will affect the gypsum filtration. The crystallization quality will affect the whole production craft. This paper summarizes the latest research progress of CaSO4.2H2O crystallization process, and discusses the influence of calcium sulfate crystal by the external conditions including concentration of sulfuric acid, stirring intensity, temperature, additive. In order to have a more objective and comprehensive understanding and awareness on crystallization of calcium sulfate dihydrate various technologies.
