空心桥塞技术在卫城浅层油藏的应用

摘要 卫城浅层油藏原油蜡质含量较高,抽油管杆结蜡严重,由于地层压力低,油井热洗清蜡过程中增加了排液时间,影响了原油产量,严重时可造成地层污染,引起产能下降。为解决上述问题,开发并试验了空心桥塞,根据油井防污染洗井的需要,配套了防砂、防腐等工具,形成了防污染丢手可洗井工艺管柱。实施后含水恢复周期明显缩短,防污染效果显著,具有良好的推广应用价值。 The level of waxiness in crude oil in Weicheng shallow layer reservoir is relatively high, and paraffin precipitation is serious in oil pumping string. Due to the low reservoir pressure, the more time is wasted in the process of hot washing and paraffin removal in the oil well, and the output of crude oil is affected,, if this situation is becoming more and more serious, it probably give rise to the layer pollution and the low deliverability. In order to solve these problems, the hollow brige plug technology is developed and tested. According to the need of anti-pollution, the tools of sand control, antiseptic, etc. are supported, and the anti-pollution releasing string is designed. After this technology is put into use, the cycle of restoring water content is obvious shortened, and the effect of anti-pollution is distinct, so the practice proved this hollow brige plug technology has good value of application and popularity.
