节能光伏工程造价目标过程控制的思考

目前,随着国家经济的不断发展,光伏工程的建设项目日益增加。叙述了光伏工程投资估算阶段、竣工决算阶段以及工程造价过程中产生的争议,分析了工程投资阶段、竣工决算阶段的造价控制因素,指出了解决工程造价争议的方法和控制工程造价的阶段性因素。说明了,光伏工程造价目标控制应该注重过程控制,从投资估算阶段到竣工阶段都应该进行控制。

At present, with the continuous development of the national economy, the construction project of PV projects is increasing. Describes the dispute generated in the Investment estimate stage, final account stage and the process of project cost of PV projects , analyzes the cost control factors in investment stage and final account stage of the project, anf pointes out the approaches to resolve disputes of project cost and periodical factors controlling project cost. It shows that process control should be focused on in cost target control of PV projects from the Investment estimate stage to the completion stage.
