Interface Control Manual （ICM） is widely used in nuclear power construction projects to manage and control the complicated design interfaces. Firstly an introduction to ICM on its format, content and compilation is provided. Then, the object, scope, key points and process of the ICM management are studied. At last, the application of information technology on the ICM management is shared, which provides reference for the design interface management with high efficiency.
