摘要
攀钢集团钢厂能动中心电动鼓风站压缩机组现有冷却水系统存在一些运行问题,同时能动中心送煤化工厂余热锅炉的二级除盐水水温满足不了设计要求。主要对冷却水系统进行优化研究,以达到满足工艺运行、节能降耗的目的。
There are some problems existed in operating the cooling water system of the compressor unit of electric blower station in dynamic center of steel mill of Panzhihua Iron & Steel Group, and the temperature of second-level desalted water of exhaust- heat boilers in feeding coal chemical plant of dynamic center cannot meet the design requirements. Mainly studies the optimization of cooling water system, in order to achieve the purposes of meeting technological operation, energy conservation and consumption reduction.
