皮革粉中铬的火焰原子吸收法测定条件的优化

摘要 为优化火焰原子吸收光谱法测定皮革粉中总铬的测试条件,采用单因素简单比较法考察了空心阴极灯电流,乙炔流量,空气流量,燃烧器高度对仪器灵敏度的影响。试验结果表明仪器灵敏度最佳条件为:灯电流=10 mA,乙炔流量=3.2 L/min,空气流量=17.0 L/min,燃烧器高度=8 mm。在浓度范围0.25~2.00μg/mL内铬的标准曲线线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.9999,方法的检测限为0.30 ug/L,加标回收率分别在94.6%~101.2%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于0.08%。该方法可完全满足皮革粉中总铬检测的需要。 In order to optimize test condition of total chromium in leather powder by fame atomic absorp-tion spectrometry, single factor comparison method was used to investigate effect of lamp current, acetylene flow, air flow and burner height on the sensitivity of the instrument. The test results show that the best sensitive condition of the apparatus is identified as follows:lamp current = 10 mA, acetylene flow = 3.2 L/min, air flow=17.0 L/min, and burner height=8 mm.The chromium standard curve was linear in the con-centration range of 0.25-2.00μg/mL, with the correlation coefficient r=0.9999. The limit of detection was 0.30 ug/L, the recoveries were in the range of 94.6%-101.2% and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was less than 0.08%. This method meets the requirements of detection of the total chromium in the leather meal.
