论当代档案高等教育过程中的专业情感教育 被引量:3

摘要 对于一门学科来说,教育活动不仅能够为其培养档案事业的接班人和档案学术研究的继任者,更能够为学科知识的普及与学科地位的提升提供必要的动力支持。面对当代多元化的时代背景与复杂的社会主体心理结构,引入"专业情感教育"不仅能够平抚学生对档案学专业的陌生感与漠视感,还能培养学生对档案学学科的认同感,乃至对档案职业的认同感与归属感,进而提高档案教育的质量与社会反响。本文正是以档案专业情感教育为主题,着重阐释了专业情感教育与档案高等教育的关系,并提出在档案高等教育过程中开展专业情感教育的方法与路径。 As a subject, educational activities are not only to train the successor of Archives and archival researcher, but also to provide the neces-sary impetus for the popularity of the subject knowledge and exaltation of social status of the ar-chival disciplines. Facing the contemporary era of diverse backgrounds and social psychological struc-ture, the introduction of professional emotional edu-cation can not only soothe professional strange-ness and boredom for the students of archival sci-ence, but can establish the Discipline identity, the Archival Profession sense of identity and a sense of belonging for archival students, and thus im-prove the quality of Archival education and social re-percussions. This paper regards Archival profes-sional emotional education as the theme, and em-phatically illustrates the relationship between Archi-val college education and professional emotional education, and then put forward in the path to ex-pand professional and emotional education in the course of Archival college education.
