Primary and secondary school education research plays an important role in education reform. At present, basic education reform has reached the critical moment when various issues related to teaching practice, educational quality, and teaching staff improvement are interlinked and complicated, which can be solved only by releasing teacher＇s head, hand, mouth, space and time, and also by encouraging their active progress and bold innovation.
