团队信任、团队互动与团队创新——基于虚拟团队的研究 被引量:7

摘要 在管理哲学变迁以及信息传播技术与网络技术日益进步的背景下,现代组织中的团队正经历着从传统的"面对面"团队向更为机动灵活的虚拟团队转变的趋势。对许多组织来说,能否充分利用虚拟团队的组织形态,已经成为组织成败的关键所在。本研究以虚拟团队中团队信任、团队互动与团队创新为研究对象,在文献分析评述的基础上,建立三者关系的理论框架。研究通过调查问卷进行资料收集、实证分析,研究结果表明,虚拟团队信任对虚拟团队中的合作行为、冲突行为与主动创新行为等团队互动均有正向影响;虚拟团队中冲突行为、主动创新行为对虚拟团队创新有正向影响且二者对团队信任与团队创新关系产生中介效果。
