摘要
以台车式试样热处理炉控温系统为研究对象,根据试样热处理生产工艺要求及台车式热处理炉的温度动态特性,运用先进的控温技术理念,成功地将上位机集散控制(DCS)技术、可编程控制器(PLC)技术和高精度智能控温仪表以及现场总线通讯技术应用在热处理炉控温系统的设计与制造。
Taking the temperature control system of Bogie car type heat treatment furnace for specimen as re search object, technologies of host computer based DCS, PLC ,high p^ecision intelligent temperature control instrument and local bus communication have been successfully applied in the design and manufacture of the temperature control system for heat treatment furnace with advanced temperature control concept according to the process requirements of specimen heat treatment and temperature dynamic characteristics of Bogie car type heat treatment furnace.
