摘要
在舞钢4100mm宽厚板生产线高压水除鳞系统的节能改造中,为了最大限度减少除鳞泵数量、缩短电机工频运转时间和降低电耗,选用了西门子高压变频器,并结合PLC控制器进行控制程序的设定和修改,在保证除磷效果的同时节约了能源。
In the energy - saving revamp of high pressure water descaling system of Wugang 4 100 mm plate mill production line, Siemens high voltage variable speed frequency regulation system is used in order to minimize the quan tity of descaling pumps, reduce the operation time of motor in working frequency. Combined with PLC controller to set up and modify the control program, good descaling and energy - saving results are maintaiued at the same time.
