摘要
水乙二醇液压液中颗粒污染度的监测结果可以反映液压液"脏"的程度,即液压液中不溶性杂质的多少,可以反映液压设备的润滑和磨损状态,可用以评价液压设备工况和预测故障。通过试验介绍了一种测试水乙二醇液压液污染度的方法。该方法利用颗粒度分析仪,通过拍照和图像无缝拼接,运用自身的图像处理软件,识别滤膜上残留的液压液中的污染物数量、尺寸等,使污染度测定结果准确直观。
The monitoring results of water glycol hydraulic particle pollution may reflect the extent dirty in hydraulic fluid. That is, the amount of insoluble impurities in hydraulic fluid may reflect the lubrication and wear state of machine, which presents condition assessment and failure prediction for machines. Through the use of pictures and seamless images, this paper introduces a particle analyzer for the measurement of quantity, size of residual contaminants on the membran in the hydraulic fluid using image processing software so as to present accurate results.
