摘要
针对中试真空感应炉+350 mm轧机生产的10CrNi3MoV钢中板,试验分析了合金含量、精轧工艺、热处理工艺对其性能的影响。认为影响10CrNi3MoV钢性能的主要因素是热处理工艺,采用最佳处理工艺可以生产出具有良好强韧性能的产品,特别是具有良好的低温韧性的产品。
For the 10CrNi3MoV steel plate procucted by pilotscale experiment vacuum induction furnace and 350 mm mill, this paper analyzes the reasons and impact of alloy content, finishing process, heat treatment on its performance. The main factor affecting the performance is the heat treatment process. The best treatment can produce a product with good toughness properties, especially good low-temperature toughness.
