摘要
通过对不锈钢冶炼生产的废渣和烟尘中镍的流失与机理的分析,发现存在大量可回收的粒度不均的含镍金属颗粒。不同的加工流程和工艺可将废渣、烟尘中的镍资源回收利用,从而降低不锈钢的冶炼成本,也是不锈钢制造业减少烟尘排放和节约稀缺镍资源的重要途径。
h is found that plenty of uneven grain sized nickel particles in the waste slag and dust generated in the producing process of stainless steel is valuable to recycle. The nickel could be reused from the waste slag and the dust in variou's processes. The smelting costs can be cut down by the recovery utilization. Moreover, the recovery is one of the most important ways to reduce the pollution and saving the scarce nickel resources.
