应用SWOT分析法分析呼和浩特铁路局管内货物运输存在的内部优势、内部劣势、外部机会、外部威胁,通过建立SWOT矩阵,提出管内货物运输发展策略,以更好地适应我国铁路货物运输改革和现代铁路物流发展的需要。

By using SWOT analysis method, this paper analyzed the inner strengths and weaks, external opportunities and external threats existing in freight transportation within Hohhot Railway Administration. Through establishing SWOT matrix, the paper puts forward the freight transport development strategy within the Administration, so as to well adapt to the demand of railway freight transport reform and modern railway logistic development in China.
