Discussion on Maintenance Modes of Railway Loading Machines

随着铁路运输形势的变化,越来越显现出装卸机械定期计划维修模式与货装生产实际的不适应。在货运组织改革不断深化的新形势下,分析装卸机械定期计划维修模式面临的主要问题,提出改进维修模式的思路:根据装卸机械的故障规律确定合理的维修方式,探索建立四级监测维修体系,加快培训技术骨干、合理配置维修设施,以建立状态监测基础上的装卸机械维修保养体系。

Following with changes of railway transportation situation, the regularly scheduled maintenance mode of loading machine shows more and more inadaptable with actual status of freight loading production. Under the new situation of continuous deepening of freight transport organization, the paper analyzes the main problems of regularly scheduled maintenance mode of loading machine, and puts forward ideas of improving maintenance mode, including: determining reasonable maintenance way according to the fault principle of loading machines, discussing and establishing grade-4 supervision & maintenance system, accelerating the technical cadre training and reasonably configuring maintenance equipments, so as to establish the loading machine maintenance and repair system based on status supervision.
