以中国煤炭交易中心为工程案例,对工程造价全过程控制实践方法作了阐述,分析了项目全过程造价的控制方案,对项目决策阶段、招投标阶段及施工阶段的造价管理模式进行了介绍,以供借鉴。

Taking the China coal trading center as an engineering example, this paper elaborated the project cost whole process control practice method, analyzed the control scheme of project whole process cost, introduced the cost management mode of project decision-making stage, bid ding stage and construction stage, for reference.
