摘要
就施工项目的材料管理展开了论述,分析了施工项目材料管理的任务和内容,对材料管理从采购、进场验收、材料领发等方面做了详细介绍,进而制定了施工项目材料管理的具体措施,值得借鉴。
This paper discussed the material management of construction project, analyzed the tasks and contents of material management of con struction project, introduced in detail the material management from procurement, into-site acceptance, material distribution and other aspects, then formulated specific measures of material management of construction project, worth of learning.
