Research on evaluation index selection of construction management ability of Xinjiang construction enterprises

结合新疆地域的特殊性和项目管理知识体系,介绍了新疆建筑施工企业施工管理能力评价指标的选取方法,提出了针对沟通、工期、技术问题的解决措施,为新疆本地建筑施工企业提高项目管理能力提供了理论依据。

Combining with the particularity of Xinjiang regional and the project management knowledge system, this paper introduces the evalua tion index selection method of construction management ability of Xinjiang construction enterprises, put forward measures according to communi cation, time limit for a project, technical problem, provided theoretical basis for improving project management ability of Xinjiang local construc- tion enterprises.
