摘要
为了提高驱动系统可靠性,以电励磁同步电机控制系统为研究对象,在分析电励磁同步电机的结构和物理特性的基础上,提出一种基于自传感的绕组温度和电阻在线辨识方法。该方法不需要机械传感器,只需利用电机本身的电压和电流信号,实现对电机绕组温度和电阻的检测。对该方法进行了仿真,并以一台同步电机为对象进行了实验,结果表明,该参数辨识方法有效,具有较好的辨识精度和实用性。
The change of motor parameters will affect the system performance. In order to improve the drive system reliability, Taking the electrically excited synchronous motor control system as the research object under the analysis of structure and physical properties on electrically excited synchronous motor, this paper proposes an online parameter identification method of the winding temperature and resistance based on self- sensor technology. The method requires no mechanical sensors, it just Uses the voltage and current signals of the motor, then achieves the detection of the motor winding temperature and resistance. The experimental results show that the proposed parameter identification is effective and has good precision and practicability.
