ABCC8基因多态与运动能力研究进展

摘要 ABCC8是ATP敏感性K+通道的调节亚基(又名SUR1),最大摄氧量关联基因定位技术显示,其所在区域与有氧耐力表型高度相关。鉴于此,目前该基因已经成为国际运动界研究的热点之一。对各国糖尿病人的研究发现,SUR1基因多态与糖、脂等能量物质代谢相关。这些能量物质在维持运动员运动能力中起重要作用,那么,其多态是否与运动员运动能力相关?国内未见报道,因此,本文将运用文献综述法,对目前已发表该基因与能量物质代谢,运动能力指标相关的研究进行概括、归纳,为在体育界对该基因开展应用研究提供参考。 ABCC8 was the ATP -sensitive K +channel regulatory subunit (also named SUR1); maximal oxygenuptake associated gene mapping technology showed in the region was highly associated with aerobic endurancephenotype.In view of this, the gene had been become one of the hot sport international research community .Ithad been reported that ABCC8 gene polymorphism associated with diabetes about sugar , fat and other energy metabolismin various countries.These energy substances played an important role in maintaining the athlete athleticability, then, was it associated with athlete athletic ability? Domestic hadn’t been reported, therefore, this articlewould use literature review, generalize the published genetic research and energy metabolism related to exercisecapacity indicators, to provide a reference for the gene in the sports practiced research .
