河南省农村公共体育场地设施建设状况调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis on the Construction of Public Sports Venue Facilities in the Rural Area of Henan Province

采用文献法、问卷调查法、数理统计法和逻辑分析法等研究方法对河南省农村公共体育场地设施的建设状况进行了调查和分析。结果发现,河南省农村自2006年开展农民体育健身工程建设以来公共体育场地设施的拥有量、人均面积等有了较大的提高,供给结构也逐渐趋于合理;河南省农村公共体育场地设施建设资金的来源方式主要以政府投入为主,体彩公益金、乡村自筹等其他形式为辅。

This paper is an investigation and analysis of the construction of public sports venues facilities in the rural area of Henan province , with literature method , questionnaire method , and statistics method and logic analy-sis.The result shows that the own number and square per person has increase sharply of the public sports fields since the beginning of The Physical Fitness Project in rural area in 2006, and the structure of demanding and nee-ding tends to be reasonable.The main income of fund to build public sports facilities in rural area of Henan province comes from government investment mainly and sports lotto , rural self-investment as plus.
