摘要
改进高校公共体育课太极拳教学方法,对太极拳的教学具有重要的意义。高校太极拳教学方法上主要存在教学方法陈旧、太极拳内涵讲解缺失和学生的兴趣培养困难等问题,针对这些问题,本文提出了一些解决办法,以求提高高校公共体育课太极拳教学的效果。
the improvement of the teaching method of Public Physical Education Taijiquan in universities has the vital significance to the Taijiquan teaching .The teaching method of College Taijiquan on the main existing prob-lems of obsolete teaching methods , Taijiquan connotation explanation deletion and students interested in training problems, aiming at these problems, this paper put forward some solutions, in order to improve the University Public Physical Education Teaching of Taijiquan effect .
