作为集竞争性、趣味性、技术性等特征于一体的体育游戏,能够激发学生参与体育活动的积极性,达到强身健体的目的,从而推进学生的品行、智力、体力、适应力的全面发展。那么,我们在教学中怎样去选择体育游戏?要怎么去运用?运用之后又能够发挥出怎样的功效呢?通过本文的分析探讨,希望能够为中学体育教师合理、有效地运用体育游戏提供理论参考。

As a set of competition , fun, technical and other features in one of the sports games that can stimulate students ’ enthusiasm to participate in sports activities , to achieve physical fitness and to advance students ’ con-duct, mental, physical, and adapt to the overall development of the force .Then how do we choose sports games in teaching？How to use？After using it to play out what affect it？This paper discusses the analysis , and hopes for secondary school physical education teacher , and provides a theoretical reference for effective use of sports games .
