论中国武术的“形神兼备”

Discussion on the Chinese Martial Art of “Vivid”

文章在查阅文献资料的基础上,首先认为:外显的"形"是中国武术内在的"神"所寄托的依据,以形传神;其次,内化的"神"是中国武术外在的"形"所体现的灵魂,神为形之用;最后提出,"内外合一"的"形神兼备"是中国武术整体体现的关键,"形者,生之具","神者,形之本。"唯有如此,才是中国武术技术由内到外、由表及里完整呈现的根本。

On the basis of literature review , this paper first considers that the explicit “shape” is the Chinese in-ternal martial arts “God” as the basis for sustenance to form vivid;Secondly , internalization of “God” is a Chi-nese martial arts extrinsic “shaped” embodied soul , God-shaped purposes;concludes ,“internal and external u-nity” and“Vivid” is the key to Chinese martial arts as a whole reflects , “ to shape, born of a, ”“ God who shaped the this .”only in this way , is the Chinese martial arts techniques from inside to outside , outside to the in-side complete presentation of the fundamental .
