Exercise induced muscle injury is a hot and hard point of sports science research .This paper summari-zes the effect of exercise induced muscle micro -injury.The estimate methods and the recover means of EIMI are two principal aspects in the paper .Across this paper , we hope to improve the recognition of exercise science and in the course of writing we established the fundament for the subsequent experiment .
