温州转变外贸发展方式的运行现状、特点及面临的困境

转变外贸发展方式,是加快转变经济发展方式的迫切需要。现阶段温州外贸发展方式以出口数量拉动为主要特征,这种发展方式在改革开放初期对扩大就业、开拓国际市场及拉动经济增长起到了积极的作用,但随着国内外经济环境的不断变化,其存在的问题日益凸显。如何在框架和资源约束条件下加快转变外贸发展方式,实现温州外贸和经济的可持续发展,正成为温州稳增长、转方式、调结构所面临的重大问题。

Transforming the development mode of foreign trade is the urgent need of the transformation of economic mode. At present, the development of foreign trade in Wenzhou is mainly driven by the export quantity, which played an positive role in enlarging the employment, expanding the international market and stimulating the economic growth at the beginning of the reform and opening up. However, with the constant change of the national and international economic environment, problems appeared obviously. How to speed up the transformation of foreign trade under the restraint of the present mode and resource is an important problem confronting Wenzhou in its efforts to consolidate its growth, transform its mode and adapt its structure.
