当前科学课程教师在教学中缺乏理论与实践相融合的能力和探究教学的研究能力。"双能型"教师是科学课程教师专业发展的新要求。"双能型"科学课程教师在教学中具备理论与实践相融合的能力和探究教学的研究能力。"双能型"科学课程教师的评价标准包括融合能力和研究能力两个维度。
At present, science teachers lack the ability to put theory into practice and the research ability to serve teaching. "Double Quality Teachers" is the new requirement of professional development for science teachers, so that they can combine theory with practice readily in their teaching. These two comprehensive abilities should be included in the assessment criterion for science teachers.
