摘要 建立了超高效液相色谱-三重四极杆串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)快速测定地表水及饮用水中苦味酸的方法,并用于实际水样的检测分析.结果表明:水样经0.22 μm滤膜过滤,可直接采用超高效液相色谱-三重四极杆串联质谱仪多级反应监测(MRM)模式定量检测水中苦味酸;最佳分析条件下,苦味酸的检出限为0.153 μg/L,其线性检测范围为0.5~10.0 μg/L,线性相关系数为0.999 7;采用该方法检测地表水中的苦味酸,不同水平(0.5μg/L,4.0 μg/L和8.0 μg/L三个水平)样品加标回收率在96.2%~97%之间,相对标准偏差在1.42%~4.84%之间,且方法简便快捷、绿色环保. act:This paper develops an UPI.C-MS/MS method to determine the concentration of picric acid in wahe study filters water samples through 0.22 μm filter and directly determines the concentration of acid by ultra-performance liquid chromatography with tandem mass spectrometry. Under the opticonditions,the detection limit of picric acid is 0. 153 μg/L,the linear range is 0.5~10.0μg/L and the Abstr ter. T picric mum correlation coefficient is 0. 999 7. The paper also applies this method to determining the concentration of picric acid in surface water samples. Average recoveries at three spiking levels (0.5,4.0 and 8.0 μg/L) are in the range from 96.2% to 97% and RSD is in the range from 1.42% to 4.84%(n=6).
