Discussion on the Dust Collection technological Flowsheet of the Pulverized Coal Preparation System for Injection in Blast Furnace

对高炉喷煤制粉系统中 ,国内外几种主要的收尘工艺流程方案 ,以及马钢在高炉喷煤工艺实际运用中存在的问题 ,进行了剖析和探讨 ,并选定了合理的设计方案 。

Several main domestic and foreign dust collection technological flowsheets in the pulverized coal preparation system for injection in blast furnace are presented. The problems in the practical application of the blast furnace coal injection technology in Maanshan Iron & Steel Co. Ltd. are analyzed and a rational design scheme is selected, which proves successful in practice.
