太钢 16.5万 m3曼型煤气柜每年需消耗密封机油 2 0 t。在气柜运行过程中 ,密封机油随煤气冷凝水要进行定期排放 ,不仅造成较大的经济损失 ,而且还污染环境。为此 ,采取了简便。
Taiyuan Steel Co.’s 165 000 m 3 Mann type gas holder consumes annually 20 t seal oil. During the gas holder operation, the seal oil should be discharged periodically with the gas condensed water, which leads not only to great economic loss, but to environment pollution. Therefore, simple, easy and rational measures have been taken to successfully recover the seal oil.
