摘要
员工流失问题一直困扰着企业的管理者,而尤以中小企业为甚,文章以典型的中小企业中池联华公司为例分析了其员工流失的原因,并针对其原因提出了相应的对策。
Staff turnover is a general problem bothering enterprise mangers, especially for the mid or small enterprises. This paper studied the ease of Zhongehilianhua Company, analyzed the reasons of staff turnover and suggested the countermeasures to decrease turnover rate.
