98例D-二聚体高表达妊娠期妇女的临床观察

摘要 目的探讨D-二聚体对妊娠的影响。方法对98例D-二聚体异常升高妊娠期妇女进行回顾性观察,并与同期正常妊娠期妇女进行对照,分析D-二具体的高表达对妊娠的影响.结果 D-二聚体高表达的妊娠期妇女PIH发生率高于对照组(P<0.05),且流产、胎儿窘迫的发生率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 D-二聚体高表达可能与PIH具有相关性,孕期监测D-二聚体可能对防治PIH、降低妊娠并发症具有重要意义。
