微创经皮长尾定向椎弓根钉内固定术治疗胸腰椎骨折的分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的探索对于胸腰椎骨折患者应用经皮长尾定向进行微创椎弓根钉内固定手术的效果。方法收集2011年3月至2012年3月我院收治的胸腰椎骨折患者50例,遵循随机原则,将患者分为对照组和观察组,各25例。对照组采取传统的开放手术,观察组应用经皮长尾定向进行微创椎弓根钉内固定手术,观察两组治疗效果。结果经过治疗,观察组患者的生活质量明显高于对照组,对比显著,具有统计意义(P<0.05);观察组患者住院时间、术中出血和引流量、术后疼痛等明显优于对照组,且观察组术后伤椎高度与Cobb氏角跟术前相比,显著改善,有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论对于胸腰椎骨折患者,应用经皮长尾定向进行微创椎弓根钉内固定手术的效果良好,值得推广。
